Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any previous makeup experience?

No. These classes are designed specifically for beginners and aspiring makeup artists with little to no experience.

Will I need to bring my own makeup/hair kit?

All products and tools needed during the class will be provided. However, if you plan to practice regularly or begin your professional career, we recommend investing in a few personal products of your own.

What materials are provided during the workshop?

Each student will receive one printed textbook and one set of makeup brushes.

Will I get hands-on practice?

Yes. Practical, hands-on training is a key part of the course.

What if i like to add on classes to learn more (e.g. different hairstyles or makeup looks)?

Any add-on or extra classes outside of the original 10 sessions are available at an additional cost of $350 per class, or $450 per class with a model provided.

What if I need to reschedule my class?

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice and must be agreed by both the student and the academy. All classes must be completed within one year of enrollment.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, students will receive a certificate of completion after successfully finishing the course.

What happens after I complete the course?

You’ll leave with essential skills, confidence, and a strong foundation to continue your makeup journey. While future work is not guaranteed, course graduates will be given first priority for opportunities if openings arise and professional standards are met.
